Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Therap Services, the electronic client record system, including its modules and functions.
  • Review online documentation, reporting, and communication, including progress notes, incident reports, and Medication Administration Records.
  • Audit documentation daily to ensure all required documentation is completed and report deficiencies to the management team.
  • Research, develop, and implement new Therap modules and updates to increase the facility's documentation proficiency.
  • Present Therap system training to new employees during orientation.
  • Provide continued and as-needed Therap system training to staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Therap Services Trainer certification, or willingness to become certified if requested by the facility administrator.
